On June 6, 2025, Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission officially announced the 2025 Provincial Engineering Research Center Preparation Plan, approving the establishment of the Multi-organic Waste Thermochemical Conversion Technology and Equipment Engineering Research Center (hereafter "ERC") by Hebei Huairan Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hengran Tech.
