On August 8, 2025, Beijing AptBlaze Technology Co., Ltd., Shenyang Xinji Development Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Hezhong Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. jointly signed the Shareholders' Cooperation Agreement for the Donggang Green Low-Carbon Circular Economy Project at Tsinghua University's Li Zhaoji Science and Technology Building, marking the official launch of deep collaboration among the three parties in capital, technology, and industrial development.
