On May 21, AptBlaze Technology and Tsinghua University Shanxi Clean Energy Research Institute (Tsinghua Shanxi) jointly developed three key software systems, all officially granted software copyright certificates by the National Copyright Bureau:
- SVM-based Feedwater Pressure Prediction System V1.0 for Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) Boilers
- Transformer-based Steam Pressure Prediction System V1.0 for CFB Boilers
- LSTM-based Steam Flow Prediction System V1.0 for CFB Boilers
This achievement marks another milestone in their industry-university-research collaboration, advancing intelligent industrial boiler technology, particularly in pressure and flow prediction.
The three systems utilize SVM, Transformer, and LSTM algorithms to predict core CFB boiler parameters (feedwater pressure, steam pressure, and steam flow) with 10-minute short-term forecasts. They integrate seamlessly with boiler control systems, enabling real-time data-driven adjustments.
By deploying these tools, operators can reduce reliance on manual experience, instead using AI-driven prediction and dynamic control to identify risks, minimize deviations, and enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Moving forward, both parties will deepen collaboration in industrial intelligence, low-carbon energy, and smart control, accelerating technology commercialization to support sustainable development in the environmental and energy sectors.
